The Blessed Holy Days

There are several commanded Holy days we must keep. These days are feasts, happy party time days. It is very ironic almost comical to hear many Christians lamenting about giving up Christmas because they complain it is a family day a time family get together to celebrate the so called birth of the Messiah. What Messiah? Is this His day? It is such an abomination that a day which was not ordered for us to keep people are lamenting about giving up. Even after many find out the truth that this day christmas plus easter, valentines and many other days they celebrate are of pagan origins, they are still mourning what the consider in their heart the lost of Christmas.

We ourselves were so deep in bondage we thought Christmas was a big deal when here was and is and will always be the Most High showing us so much more. There are so many wonderful awesome feasts that have been ordered for us to keep comparing to two lying days christmas and easter that people are holding on to like it is a lifeline.

When these truths were revealed to us we stepped away from the lie but see so many who know the truth but are so busy holding on to their christmas trees and easter bunnies and fertilty god eggs, they cannot see that they can have the whole forest and can be as spiritually fertile as a rabbit if they will just let go of the lie. They do not want to give up the dried up stump holidays , the worship of trees, well the worship of a cut down dead trees and lights and ornaments and move on to grab hold of a huge bounty of amazing fruitful trees.

We have more than 35 Holy days to keep and enjoy each year. Some of them we are commanded to not work for they are Sabbaths and some we can still work but should find time to enjoy the moments. This is not even counting the 52 Sabbaths of rest.

There is nothing the world will do to keep us happy, the world is about working us to death and stressing us out but the Most High is all about our happiness and all these commanded days are for us to relax and enjoy.

If you follow Yah, the Most High the way we should, we would eventually have these days to enjoy. We say eventually because it will take time for you to learn obedience, and be trained in your gifting and talents and to learn Yah's the ancient ways.

If you are not enjoying what Yah has given Yah is saying to step away from the system that has not been teaching you these things and come have rest.

Here is a part of the list of what our Most High has revealed as commanded Holy days and months:

1. New Year month of Abib

Exodus 12:2, Deuteronomy 16:1 This new year is not the Jewish Rosh Hosanna, nor the world’s new year of January 1st nor the Chinese new year or anything like that.

2. New moon and full moon celebration—-

There are two moon celebrations each month. This is not worship of the moon this is understanding that when the new moon appears it is a new month a new beginning and we are supposed to pause and give thanks for a new season, a new beginning.

When the full moon appears it is harvest celebration. This is where we give thanks for  what we are reaping the good things, our literal harvest if we are farmers, your paycheck if you are workers, your children, your house, your car, your health, knowledge you are gaining, everyone has something to be thankful for. The breath we take we give thanks for…it is a time to give thanks officially and to celebrate. These days we cook, we party, we feast and chill out and be happy with loved ones who are part of this thankful party.

Both of these days we have a good time and praise the Most High. The 1st of the Biblical lunar month and the 14 or the 15th of the Biblical lunar month and we celebrate with the blowing of the Shofar and music because we are supposed to be joyful and making a joyful noises.

Shofar blowing for Celebratory time. Psalm 81:3

3. Seventh Day Sabbath Rest, though it is about rest it is also a feast celebratory day,

We praise and worship Father, the Most High

We Eat and have fun

We Rest

4. Passover….the  big thing to remember is that Yahushua the lamb marks us as the lamb’s blood was used to mark upon the door post and the angel of death had to pass over those in that house and could not harm them..so it is that those who are marked by Yahushua will be and are protected. But if you do not really understand the deeper things to obey them how can you truly be protected? This Passover is on the 14th day of the 1st month which is the month of Abib, the month the barley Abibs or ripens—--Leviticus 23:4-5

5. Feast of Unleavened bread for 7 days starting on the 15th of the 1st month ( month of Abib the month the barley ripens—-Leviticus 23:6

The 1st day and the 7th day are no work days—Leviticus 23:6-7

6. Feast of trumpet—-memorial solemn feast on the 7th month of the Most High's Biblical  year—it is a day of rest, no customary work. Leviticus 23:24-25

This is a festival of blowing trumpets this is not the Most High Father’s New Year as Orthodox Jews have been keeping. Leviticus 23:24 (The New Year is in the 1st month, the month of Abib not the 7th month– Exodus 12:2)

7. Day of Atonement a solemn day.

No work. Meditating upon what the Messiah Yahushua has done, getting into thankfulness and quiet rejoicing, all inner reflections, because He has taken the place of the sin goat. Leviticus 23:27-33

8. Feast of Tabernacles

This is a really big fun one, For 7 days we live in booths/tents..we go out in nature and camp and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature..it begins 15th day of the 7th Biblical month. 1st day no work, 8th day a Sabbath rest, Leviticus 23: 34-43

and there are others but this site is just a basic site to show a little bit, so we are discussing deeper in other venues and books.

There are several other feast holy days including two other feasts, the fourth month and the tenth month  that we will get into later.
