Tithe Fest

Scriptures

Tithing According to the Law of Yah

The lie of tithing is causing a curse upon those who are tithing the wrong way and upon those who are stealing/collecting our tithes.

With just one verse you read this for yourself and figure it out. Read and understand clearly that us giving our tithes to the church and or our pastor, leader etc is very wrong.

5But unto the place which Yod hey Waw Hey your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put Yah name there, even unto Yah habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come: 6And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks: 7And there ye shall eat before Yod Hey Waw Hey your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein Yod Hey Waw Hey thy God hath blessed thee. Deut 12:5-7 KJV (Sacred Name Inserted)

But you must go to the place that יהוה your Yah chooses from among your tribes to place Yod Hey Waw Hey Name and cause the Name to dwell. That is where you must seek and where you shall go.

There you will bring your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and the offerings from your hands, your vows and freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks.

And you shall eat (the tithes) there before Yod Hey Waw Hey your Yah and rejoice in everything you have done, you and your households, because Yod Hey Waw Hey your Yah has blessed you. Duet 12:5-7 Adellee Simplies

Tithe fest is a very happy time. During the old Torah days the tithes was food, produce from the farm. They were to go to a place Yah appointed and bring ten percent of the year produce and eat, drink and rejoice. Today since most people do not farm this equates out to money, ten percent of your earnings to spend and enjoy at the place Yah appoints.

“Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand.”
— Deuteronomy 12:17 (KJV)

“But thou must eat them before Yod Hey Waw Hey thy God in the place which Yod Hey Waw Hey thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before Yod Hey Waw Hey thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.”
Deuteronomy 12:18 (KJV, Sacred Name Inserted)

“At the end of every third year thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates: And the Levite (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee), and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that Yod Hey Waw Hey thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.”
— Deuteronomy 14:28–29 (KJV, Sacred Name Inserted)

Robbing the people of Yah's Tithes

The third year tithes should be stored up for the needy

This is the tithe that is spoken of in Malachi:
“Bring the tithe to the storehouse.”

It is meant for the widows, orphans, and the poor.

It is not for today’s pastors, leaders, and churches to use for paying church bills—or to line their pockets.

We will not fully understand this truth until we decide to return to the laws of Yah and stop thinking the way we were taught in the churches.

Malachi 3:7–10 (KJV)

7 Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Yod Hey Waw Hey of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?

8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith Yod Hey Waw Hey of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

The Third Year Tithe

In verse 10, understand that in the ancient times the storehouse is the place where ten percent of each person’s food/farm harvest was stored up for the poor—this refers to the third-year tithe.

Today, that would mostly mean money, collected in a system where third-year tithes are gathered and distributed to the poor.

No leader or nor the Mission or church have the right to receive or touch this tithe. We leaders are not to have access to this third-year tithe collection nor any other tithe collection at all. The third year account is special. Actually, as revealed by Yah, this account must be an account that the leaders never ever have access to. This must be run by independent certified financial agencies with two other certified agencies keeping checks on them. One of the checkers, must be a government certified financial agency chosen from our group to keep an eye on the two outside agency resulting in all three agencies keeping and eye on each other. All three agencies must have the same figures every four months. The financial agency owned by a member from the mission cannot any of our leaders. A report must be made public where all members and members of outside public have access to see.

Every needy in thy gates/section must have a part of the third year needy/poor, orphans etc tithes/fund. The only criteria is that they must be a productive member, studying the series, learning and growing unless there are circumstances that has caused them to not be able to.

Not speaking of needy children, they get help no matter what. but speaking of adult slackers people who do not want to apply themselves to better their lives, these will not get to freeload.

For us today, since we don't usually live in a physical community together, "thy gates" regarding the poor and needy means all people within the mission.

First and Second Year Tithes

As you can clearly see from the scriptures above, the first and second-year tithes are saved by each family or household leader. Everyone living in that household—including live-in helpers—must go to the place Yah assigns, and there, the head of the household must buy food, drink, accommodation and enjoy the fruits of their labor. However, we must take into consideration who is a household member.

in the times when these laws was written all people in an Israelites household followed the rules of Yah if they did not want to then they would have to leave. This rule has not changed because we can't be unequally yoked. If someone do not want to obey the laws of Yah they cannot be in covenant with Yah and thus they can't hang around to enjoy the blessing of Yah. Actually that household cannot be maximum blessed, there will be blockages there. and also a parent or anyone who keep taking someone to tithe fest where we are enjoying the fruits of our labor will not have any interest to stand on their own and be obedient to Yah and so we cause such a person to not seek their own connection with Yah for themselves. In reality we cause a stumbling block on such persons.

If everyone is doing what they are supposed to then everyone living in our households must go or they may not be living in our actual house but we are responsible for them for example a child in boarding school.

and the levites within thy gates. Currently, a teacher (not a lead teacher )may be a new teacher and yet not making enough to get to the assigned place. Such a person is considered to be a Levite so we must help them get to the tithe fest. However, it is not a forever help. they have five years to move upwards financially unless Yah excuses them.

The gates meaning for today regarding a "Levite" teacher. For example, different areas, specific heads/leaders will be responsible for certain areas (the gates) and we must be certain that those teachers who live in that area and can't afford it get the help they need to get to the appointed place for Tithe Fest.

In this case, the gates is the area the teacher lives and teaches in.

Regarding students who do not yet have the money, how do we handle that? Members who can afford can help students to get to the assigned tithe fest area, the only criteria is that the student must be a productive member, seriously studying the series, learning and growing.

The tithe fest is not optional. This is not something to take lightly.

If your eyes are open, you’ll see that it is Yah’s desire for us to take ten percent of our hard-earned yearly income and assets, and use it to enjoy, celebrate, and relax—not with guilt, but with full joy and festivity.

This is why Yah refers to it as "Tithe Fest."

we must share our 1st and second years tithes with the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, they shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied.

The strangers mean people who are passing through, like once we were on the beach and a young man came by asking for food, he was a stranger. the fatherless also means motherless too so this means orphans or any hungry children, the widow also means widowers too, this means a single family home because they maybe earning lesss because its one parents and also a person who has lost their partner who was helping them financially. basically if we have a community, a physical community and visitors are there we must share our tithe fest with them too.

In Short

  • No tithes should ever go to pastors, leaders, prophets, or anyone else.

  • The third-year tithe is for the poor—period.

  • The first and second-year tithes are for you and your obedient household to celebrate before Yah plus the stranger that shows up or who yah gives instruction to help and the poor and helpless among us.

Dedicate yourself to deeper study, so you can fully understand and become convicted about how tithing is truly done in the first, second, and third years so we all can start enjoying this happy festivity according to Yah’s Word.
